A graduate of the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA), Ashton has worked extensively in theater, film and television. He has starred in a handful of short films, several of which have been multiple award winners on the festival circuit. Ashton is a versatile and talented voice actor known for his compelling and dynamic performances across a wide range of projects. With a career that spans multiple industries, Ashton has become a sought-after talent, lending his voice to some of the biggest names in entertainment and corporate sectors alike. Most recently, he worked with a major games studio on a forthcoming AAA game that is currently still under NDA. In addition to his work in gaming, Ashton has been featured in a variety of other projects, including the award-winning short film Bonnie and Orville and Joy Ride.
Ashton has lent his voice to some high profile companies like Mitchum, McCain Foods and DOW Canada showcasing his professionalism, reliability and wide-reaching appeal. He has also worked extensively in the world of audio drama, voicing a variety of characters in a number of acclaimed productions, including Caelum, Variant X, Midnight, X-Men: The New Mutants, Tuscany, and an adaptation of The Nurse’s Tale for Canadian radio.
