Colin Cassidy is a professional voice actor and impressionist, a dual British and Australian
citizen and is most recently known as the voice of Severus Snape in the ‘Harry Potter:
Magical Movie Moments’ TV series in America and the iconic voice of Toucan Sam for
Kelloggs Froot Loops globally and the US accented voice of Woodford Bourbon Reserve
worldwide.
Colin is best known for his versatility, switching between US, UK, Australian and other
accents, impressions of Morgan Freeman and more.
His notable recent roles include that of the posh British narrator on popular CBeebies kids
animation, VEGESAURS. He also performs alongside Hugo Weaving as the voice of Sir David
Attenborough in the 2021 film ‘Lone Wolf’ and provides more than a dozen voices for the
Warhammer 40K franchise.
His daily schedule may consist of anything from TV and radio commercials, pirate battle
scenes, stadium announcements, explainer and eLearning videos to a myriad of interactive
children’s toys, prompting Colin’s young nephew to ask, ‘Mummy, is Uncle Colin’s soul in
that robot?’.
